A Tool to See Land Clearly

For years, I was frustrated by most maps specifically for land research. As land parcel’s come your way, you have to visit 10 different sites to even get an idea of what this parcel is. What’s the slope. What’s the shape, where would the buildings go.

Eventually I decided to build a simple solution. It turned out to not be as simple as I would’ve liked, managing terabytes of GIS data, storing, processing and uploading to servers has been a pain.

But it’s exactly what I wanted, a tool that’s at reach for quickly understanding a parcel that comes your way. With tools like topography and sun position, it’s much easier to imagine exactly what you can do with a piece of land.
